It was a pleasure meeting Chika Nagai during my visit to Tokyo in 2019, where she successfully completed her Progressing Ballet Technique certification.

 

Since then, Chika has demonstrated a genuine commitment to the principles and application of PBT within her teaching. Her dedication to developing strength, body awareness, and technical understanding in her students reflects the true intention of the program.

 

Chika approaches her teaching with professionalism, passion, and care, and it is wonderful to see her continuing to grow and share PBT within the dance community in Japan. Teachers like Chika play an important role in supporting the next generation of dancers through safe and effective training methods.

 

I am pleased to see her ongoing work and wish her every success as she continues to build and inspire through her teaching.
